Telephone Support Service

Leeds Women's Aid provides confidential telephone support and information 365 days a year.

Our lines are open 7.30 a.m. to 12 mid-night for calls from women fleeing domestic violence including those wanting support and information about their rights and options every day of the year. The lines are also available for agencies wanting to make a referral to one of our services or to learn more about the options available to women.

Our lines are open 24 hours every day of the year for women in an emergency.

If you cannot get through please leave a message with details of a safe time to call you back, a worker will return your call as soon as possible. 

Do not let high phone bill put you off calling us for help because we can call you back  straightaway if it is safe to do so.
